The Northeast Consortium and Sea Grant New Hampshire announce a Habitat Discussion on Winter Flounder Movement and Spawning.
A UNH lead collaborative research project using acoustic tags to track winter flounder movement and define spawning habitat will be discussed at a Fisheries Roundtable. UNH Research Scientist Elizabeth Fairchild will be guest speaker. The scientists would like to hear from fishermen and learn what you know about historical movement and spawning habitat in the Gulf of Maine.
