February 21, 2014 — Captain Ray Kane traveled to D.C. to testify on behalf of the hard working, small-boat fishermen from Cape Cod and the islands. His testimony focused on the Port State Measures Agreement aimed at deterring and eliminating Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated (IUU) fishing.
