The State of Connecticut is seeking interested individuals for nomination to an open seat on the New England Fishery Management Council.
Candidates "by reason of their occupation or other experience, scientific expertise, or training, must be knowledgeable regarding the conservation and management, or the commercial or recreational harvest, of the fishery resources of (New England)."
There are two upcoming vacancies, one seat is obligated to the State of Connecticut, and one at-large seat is open to nominations from any New England state.
