In accordance with fishery regulations developed by the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council, NOAA Fisheries has adjusted the 2014 Winter II commercial scup quota. This action rolls over unused quota from the 2014 Winter I commercial scup period. Effective November 1, 2014, through December 31, 2014.
