For all of you Geographic Information System (GIS) users out there….
NOAA Fisheries has now made available shapefiles containing geospatial data for 80 regulated areas in New England and Mid-Atlantic waters. This represents approximately one third of all regulated areas managed by our regional office. Over the next several months more shapefiles will be added to the site. We'll keep you updated when new data are available.
