The documents are available on the Council’s public ftp site, and the Council has issued instructions for reviewing and downloading the documents.

The instructions from the Council for downloading from their FTP site are reproduced here.
1. Click on your MY COMPUTER icon
2. Type ftp://gadwall.nefmc.org in the address line (Do not type directly into your internet browser. It won’t work!)
3. User Name Box – type public
4. Password Box – type 123xyz
Please note, the Council’s instructions assume that all visitors are using the Microsoft Windows operating system, and provided no guidance for Macintosh OS X users. Saving Seafood suggests that Mac users download and run the Fetch FTP client from http://fetchsoftworks.com/. Select New Connection from the File menu and enter the User Name listed in the Council instructions as the Hostname. The password is the same as listed in the Council instructions.
