BOSTON (AP) – The head of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says she will return to New England to talk about her agency’s management of the fishing industry, after Sen. John Kerry asked her back following a contentious hearing earlier this month.
Jane Lubchenco said in a letter, released by the agency, that she looked forward to a return visit and would likely stop in Gloucester.
