January 10, 2011: Despite being "disappointed deeply in Secretary Locke", Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA) sees one potentially hopeful sign — William Daley, the new White House Chief of Staff, is a "man who understands the importance of the Secretary of Commerce not allowing himself to be intimidated and giving us a fair chance."
But with regard to the Commerce Secretary's decision, Mr. Frank stated, "I could not be more disappointed — I want to apologize to the people in the fishing industry because I think we were all misled by what the Administration was doing. I'm very angry."
