April 18, 2014 — A former Passamaquoddy Tribe state representative is in legal trouble for illegal elver fishing in New York.
New York Department of Environmental Conservation authorities says 8 people, including Frederick Moore III, 53, of Perry, surrendered themselves over to officials.
