January 3, 2013 — NOAA Fisheries today announced that it has reopened the public comment period for an Acadian redfish-related proposed rule that published on November 8, 2012. Deadline for submitting public comments is January 22, 2013.
The public comment period has been reopened to provide an opportunity for members of the public to provide input on a clarification made in the explanation of the term "bycatch threshold."
