Nags Head, NC — Sept. 12, 2012 — During the inaugural Outer Banks Seafood Festival, to be held Saturday, October 20 at the Windmill Point site in Nags Head, a prominent part of the event will be the Outer Banks Catch Education and Heritage Tent.
Folks congregating beneath this canvased roof can revel in fish and seafood displays, fishing gear demonstrations, talk with working watermen, learn from regulatory and advisory representatives, shop local cookbooks, hear storytelling by local fisherman and enjoy hands-on cooking demonstrations by top Outer Banks cooks and chefs.
