CANADA — August 12, 2014 — On Friday some fishermen on P.E.I.'s western shore faced high winds and choppy waters on setting day. Weather is critical for safety on setting day, because boats are heavily laden with traps.
The P.E.I. Fishermen's Association says there could be a better way of determining the first day of lobster fishing.
