May 7, 2014 — Agency's Office of Investigation says it's responding to congressional requests and hotline complaints alleging a biased process leading to a Pebble veto.
In a letter dated May 2, the EPA’s Inspector General’s Office announced it would launch an investigation into the agency’s actions surrounding the study of the Bristol Bay watershed, and the steps taken towards issuing a preemptive veto of the Pebble Mine.
