May 7, 2014 โ Agency's Office of Investigation says it's responding to congressional requests and hotline complaints alleging a biased process leading to a Pebble veto.
In a letter dated May 2, the EPAโs Inspector Generalโs Office announced it would launch an investigation into the agencyโs actions surrounding the study of the Bristol Bay watershed, and the steps taken towards issuing a preemptive veto of the Pebble Mine.
