October 20, 2013 — “It’s one thing to be in the restaurant business, but it’s another thing to be in the fish business. So, I think I had the double whammy in this economy right now,” said Berkowitz. “But, when the government shut down, it did not impact us all that negatively in the greater Boston area. In D.C., however, it did impact us, because all of a sudden you had government employees that weren’t working.”
In addition, Berkowitz also weighs in on everything from global warming and impact on fish stock to traffic in the innovation district.
